Terms of Service

By placing an order with EquipVerse you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

EquipVerse delivers digital character assets per the package purchased. Deliverables, turnaround and revision rounds are listed on each product page.

2. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. Orders are charged in full at checkout. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet started.

3. Usage rights

Commercial usage rights are granted on payment in full. Cinema and Studio packages include broadcast / theatrical clearance. Resale of raw assets to third parties is prohibited unless agreed in writing.

4. References & likeness

You warrant that any photo, scan or likeness you submit is licensed for the use described. EquipVerse will not deliver likenesses of identifiable people without written consent.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your brief and uploads as confidential. NDAs available on request.

6. Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
